Tricia recovers from her reconstructive surgery, but finds she has developed an infection, while Carlos asks her to come to America with him. Jess goes into labour at work, but Zubin is too busy dealing with an emergency patient to be there. Owen is forced to step into the breach, but the delivery develops complications
