First look at Matthew Lewis and Joanna Lumley in new Me Before You trailer

The duo will star alongside Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin in the big screen adaptation of Jojo Moyes' best-selling novel


He’s missing his Happy Valley moustache and she’s looking Absolutely Fabulous – Matthew Lewis and Joanna Lumley have finally made their Me Before You debut in a brand new trailer for the upcoming film.


The duo are among the all-star British cast of the big screen adaptation of Jojo Moyes’ best selling novel about a young working-class British woman who becomes a carer for a quadriplegic man when she loses her job at her local cafe.

Moyes’ tale of small town girl Louisa (Emilia Clarke) boasts an impressive cast, with Sam Claflin playing her charge, Will Traynor, and Harry Potter star Lewis as her fitness obsessed boyfriend, Patrick.

Lumley’s resplendent in pink at a wedding, while Lewis (sans ‘tache) lounges in lyrca at the dinner table, quizzing Claflin’s Will about his fitness regime.

Former Doctor Who star Jenna Coleman also features as Lou’s sister, while Downton Abbey’s Brendan Coyle and Game of Thrones star Charles Dance are among the supporting cast.
