Doctor Who: Jenna Coleman in The Caretaker – get her look

Snap up her style for a perfect work outfit to brighten up your Monday morning

If you’ve just watched tonight’s episode of Doctor Who, you’ll have seen the gorgeous Jenna Coleman sporting a bang on trend Topshop look. The double arrow shirt is a great look for a workwear outfit and, although no longer available in the same colour as Jenna’s, Topshop have released an autumnal variation. The colours have been switched but the design remains the same. Get yourself one tonight and you’ll be the talking point of the office next week.

If you want to inject a little more pizzazz into your new look, how about taking a glance at this next gorgeous outfit. Jenna wears this look in the promo shot for The Caretaker and hits all the style buttons for transitional dressing.

Deep burgundy and autumnal colours make this perfect for your autumn wardrobe. Jenna always manages to add a dash of her own style to Clara’s dress sense and her collar chain does just that to complete the look. Team this with Clara’s favourite heeled ankle boots and you are ready to embrace autumnal dressing.

Red Embellished Roll Sleeve Shirt, £36 River Island, Printed Skirt with Front Zip, Zara £39.99, Gold Tone Draped Chain Disc Collar Tips, River Island £6, Monochrome Pelmet Skirt, Topshop £34.

I like a shirt to have a little bit of detailing and this piece from River Island ticks that box. Just add the simple gold collar chain and the top half of your outfit is complete. For the skirt, you can adopt your own style preferences to make this look your own. Floral will give you the folklore element that is so big this season. Or, you can stick with an Aztec print, but perhaps play with the colours. I think this Monochrome skirt from Topshop is a great choice and you can get a lot of different styles from it.

Next day Topshop delivery, oh go on then. I don’t know about you but my wardrobe is in serious need of updating and Jenna is my style inspiration this autumn.
