Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg mock sexist questions in seriously awkward interview

Does anyone else feel a little bit uncomfortable?


Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg are currently doing the rounds promoting their upcoming action comedy American Ultra. But rather than answering standard questions on what attracted them to their characters or who joked around most on set, the duo took a few minutes out of their press tour to turn gender-biased questions on their head.


Interviewing each other for Funny Or Die, Eisenberg asked Stewart the cliches male actors are often asked about (think tips on “bulking up” and favourite sports teams) while Stewart got to probe her co-star with the kinds of sexist questions women are all too often subjected to on the red carpet. 

“I was just wondering if you’re seeing anyone currently? Are you pregnant? Do you get any work done?” Stewart pressed, clearly enjoying getting to be the interviewer, as opposed to the interviewee. 


“A lot of the questions you’re asking me feel like they are about things that are not about the movie,” said Eisenberg, concluding, somewhat uncomfortably: “Now I know what it’s like to be a woman”…
