Rogue One unveils new droid that looks a lot like R2-D2

There’s a brand new droid heading our way and, well, it looks a lot like R2-D2 had a new paint job.

It’s called C2-B5 and, as an astromech droid, is relied upon by the galactic empire to maintain its machinery.

As The Star Wars Show’s Peter Townley explains, the imperial technicians do not allow their droids independence. This means C2-B5 will undergo frequent memory wipes to keep it subservient.
