Benedict Cumberbatch has been exercising those voluptuous vocal chords once more, this time in a reading to be featured on the upcoming new album mixed by indie-dance band Friendly Fires.
The piece, a strange internal monologue entitled Flat of Angles (which, as far as I’m concerned, is the name of an excellent song by The Fall) is the final track on the group’s contribution to the Late Night Tales series, due for release on 5 November.
It’s arguably not Cumberbatch’s best work but it’s certainly something intriguingly new and unusual from the Sherlock star. Have a listen below…
