Tonight (Tuesday 15th November), the three remaining contestants in the Great British Bake Off 2022 line-up - Sandro, Syabira and Abdul - will take on their last set of challenges in a bid to be crowned this year's winners.

For this week's Bake Off theme they'll be tasked with making a picnic selection for the Signature, followed by a summer classic for the Technical and a final Showstopper in celebration of the planet.

As it stands, Syabira is a firm favourite to take home the glass cake stand. In an exclusive RadioTimes.com poll, 78 per cent tipped her to win Great British Bake Off 2022.

Sandro received 14 per cent of the votes, while Abdul was in third place with 7.6 per cent of the votes.

In his recent column, reigning Bake Off champ Giuseppe Dell'Anno revealed who he thinks should win, saying: "I think that they all have what it takes to be a winner. However, looking back, Syabira has probably been the best performing of the three overall, and I hope that the final result will give her credit for that. But, in the tent, everybody starts from scratch every week, so literally anything can happen!"

Who won The Great British Bake Off 2021?

In 2021, Giuseppe bagged the grand prize after wowing the judges.

Season 12 was won by Giuseppe, 45, from Bristol. The Italian born chef from Bristol, 45, managed to win the judges over with his delicious treats fit for a Mad Hatter's Tea Party.

Following his win, Giuseppe said: "There are no words, I am speechless for once. All I can think of is the reaction from my mum and dad. The fact is that everything I have done to deserve this comes from his heritage, it’s the best thank you note I can possibly send him.

"He is going through a very bad time healthwise, so I think this is going to be a great boost. I don’t say often or lightly that I am proud of what I do, but in this case I am really proud of what I have done. It’s unbelievable!"
