Hollyoaks has unveiled two signings who are being lined up as the new heartthrobs of the village.
Meet Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts) and his on-screen best mate Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward, who recently featured on Emmerdale), who will return from Ibiza, where the C4 soap is currently filming a batch of special episodes.
Brody is reported to be in possession of “a dangerous secret” for one set of characters. Wingman Damon, meanwhile, has a history of his own and his connection to a village resident will “become very clear” after his arrival – but will he be welcomed with open arms?

Jacob Roberts, whose role as Damon marks his first TV appearance, said tonight: “I am really excited to be part of the cast of Hollyoaks. I really enjoy playing the role of Damon and I am looking forward to the fans discovering who he really is and who he is connected to in the village.”
Co-star Woodward, who takes on the role of ladies’ man Brody, added: “I’m so chuffed to be joining the cast of Hollyoaks and filming my first scenes in Ibiza! Brody is a brilliant character to play and I can’t wait to see what the fans think of him.”

As for the characters’ backstories, the pair have been inseparable since the age of 10 when they met in school.
Brody was shut out by his mother, so Damon welcomed him into his family home whenever he needed some time away.
When they were 18, they embarked on the ultimate lads’ holiday to Ibiza. But after living it up overseas, what secrets draw the pair to Hollyoaks?
