Wolf Hall is heading to a television (tuned to BBC2) near you very soon – so what better way to prepare yourself for the screen adaptation of Hilary Mantel’s award-winning novels than, well, er, a trailer…


Charting the meteoric rise of Thomas Cromwell from a blacksmith’s son to Henry VIII’s closest advisor in the Tudor court, Wolf Hall is directed by Peter Kosminsky (The Government Inspector, The Promise).

The cast is something special too with Damian Lewis, Mark Rylance, Claire Foye, Mark Gatiss and Jessica Raine among the actors bringing the story to life.  

Wolf Hall will air on BBC2 in the New Year.
