BBC News camera fail leaves viewers in hysterics after presenter gets ‘lost’ in the studio
“Pick a camera, any camera”

Published:
A bewildered newsreader running around the BBC studio in a quest to find the correct camera is one of the best live TV fails you will see all year.
Tom Donkin considerably brightened up the 2am segment on BBC World News when he was caught on camera scampering across the set, thinking he was standing in the wrong place during the open credits.
Ten seconds of awkward paper shuffling followed, after which Donkin composed himself and, like a pro, proceeded to report the news as if nothing had happened.
Viewers were delighted, to put it mildly…

But Donkin, who has worked at the BBC for nine years, took it all on the chin…
Don't cry for me…

Bit of a perfect storm mate of camera fail – this stuff happens with live TV. Never had so much attention albeit odd attention.
