You can only get Radioactive Coins in Escape Tsunami for Brainrots during a Radioactive Event, of which, there are a couple.
Radioactive events take place every hour and last for five minutes, and there are a couple of activities during this event that you can take part in in order to get Radiactive Coins.
The notice board will tell you when the next Radioactive Event is taking place
Radioactive bombs
When the Radioactive Event starts, some Bombardino Crocodilo’s will spawn and they will drop Radioactive Bombs and you need to hit them with your bat until it explodes and showers the area with coins.
Toxic Waste Tunnels
Also found during the Radioactive Event are Toxic Waste Tunnels, which can be found off to the side where you take cover from the incoming tsunami.
If there is a Toxic Waste Tunnel, enter it, and complete the parkour course until the end. Doing so will award you 30 Radioactive Coins, or alternatively, a Radioactive Lucky Block.
