Lady Brady quickly picked up on the subtext and challenged her immediately.

Viewers were thrilled and praised Lord Sugar’s advisor for calling out sexism in a classy way.

They were not impressed with Siobhan’s logic and found her words offensive.

And they were delighted to see Brady back on TV and back on form.

Fans weren’t delighted, however, which Lord Sugar’s decision making in the boardroom at the end of the episode.

He opted to send men’s team leader Danny Grant home first after a bungled burger task that saw the lads actually making a loss. Grant was the Project Manager and seemed flustered throughout the task, during which the boys arrived at their Brixton stall a little too late in the day to catch any customers.

But viewers thought Charles Burns should have been first for the chop, because of his refusal to listen to take criticism from his colleagues.

The search for Lord Sugar’s next business partner has well and truly begun.
