EastEnders: Pam and Les to say their final goodbye to Paul at his funeral

It’s set to be an emotional time for the residents of Albert Square

After his brutal murder at the hands of a group of violent homophobes several weeks ago, Paul is finally laid to rest in upcoming episodes of EastEnders. Pam and Les Coker, who own Coker & Sons Funeral Directors, have been organising their grandson’s send off and Les will lead the procession.

Paul was killed when he left a club after a night out holding hands with boyfriend Ben Mitchell. Ben has since been thrown into turmoil by his death.

Residents and fellow mourners will offer their support to the grieving couple on the day of the funeral.

This is the second time Pam and Les have been through the death of a loved one, having already lost their son Laurie, Paul’s father. Paul was tragically young when he died and the manner of his death was particularly cruel. How will Pam and Les cope on such a tragic day? And will everyone be united in grief?
