TOWIE star Amy Childs, five-times Olympic gold medalist Sir Steve Redgrave and former cricketer Darren Gough are among the 12 competitors, and they’ve been busy in Austria learning various winter sports disciplines.

From speed skating to speed skiing, skeleton to slalom, the celebrities will face a different challenge each night, in the hope of avoiding the dreaded jump.

Each night the two celebrities who received the lowest judges’ score in the chosen challenge must both do a ski jump. The one who jumps the furthest gets to stay. Simple, right?

We won’t remind them that Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has already chosen to leave and Sam Jones (aka Flash Gordon) has left due to injury. That’d just be cruel.

The show will run for ten consecutive nights and will be hosted by Davina McCall and Alex Brooker.

Here’s a scream-filled taster…
