Bobby Beale story will climax at Christmas, says EastEnders boss

Executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins promises more drama from Lucy's killer

Is Bobby Beale going to finally be exposed as the killer of his sister Lucy?

It’s the question that EastEnders fans will no doubt be asking, seeing as executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins has now promised that Bobby’s story will reach a crescendo over the festive season.

“Bobby is definitely one to watch. He’s a bit of a little b*****d! And that story will reach its climax at Christmas,” said the soap boss.

Since Jane admitted to husband Ian (and viewers) back in February that she’d been spent 12 months concealing Bobby’s guilt, a number of Albert Square residents have found out that Bobby committed the crime.

Sharon, Phil and – most recently – Max discovered the truth, although the latter can’t do much about it, seeing as he’s been wrongly imprisoned after being found guilty of the murder.

But Bobby (Eliot Carrington) is currently showing worrying signs that his anger issues have not been laid to rest. First came the moment that he threatened Phil with a golf club. Then came the incident when he pushed Cindy to the floor in a fit of bad temper.

All of which has left us wondering: could another member of the family be targeted by the pint-sized killer over Christmas 2015?
