Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) is to have a birthday to remember next week when the rest of her family dress up as the Spice Girls and sing to her in front of a packed pub.
As can be seen by the pictures released today by the BBC, Mick (Danny Dyer) will don a black bobbed wig to play Posh, with the rest of group made up of Johnny (Sam Strike) as Baby, Tina (Luisa Bradshaw-White) as Ginger, Nancy (Maddy Hill) as Sporty and returnee Lee (Danny-Boy Hatchard) as Scary.
And it seems as though the Carter clan can’t get enough of song-and-dance routines. Speaking recently to Radio Times, actress Kellie Bright revealed that she’d like to get involved in a performance herself one day: “Linda is a Pink Lady through and through. We have to do a mock Grease some time. Danny Dyer could be Danny and I’d be Sandy. We should do it for Children in Need.”
Well, if Danny Dyer can do a convincing impression of Victoria Beckham, then we’re sure that a John Travolta shouldn’t pose much of a problem…
