The four-part series is a new adaptation of the novels by Elizabeth George.

All four episodes of Lynley, a new adaptation of Elizabeth George's novels, are now available to watch on BBC iPlayer, with Leo Suter taking on the title role.
The role as previously played by Nathaniel Parker in the BBC's previous adaptation, The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, which also starred Sharon Small as Barbara Havers. That character is played in the new series by Sofia Barclay.

Sofia Barclay plays DS Barbara Havers
