Everything you need to know about Jacques O'Neill, following his Love Island exit.
After 29 days in the Love Island villa, Jacques O'Neill has quit the ITV2 dating show.
Jacques entered the villa on day seven, as Gemma Owen's ex, and quickly formed a connection with Paige Thorne.
However, the rugby player has now quit the eighth series, with a Love Island spokesperson stating: "Jacques has made the decision to leave the villa. He will explain his reasons to the islanders during tonight’s episode. We fully support his decision and look forward to seeing what’s next for Jacques."
It comes after a preview episode saw Jacques getting angry with Paige, after hearing that Adam Collard had said some things about his behaviour during Casa Amor.
Despite deciding to stay in a couple with Paige, it was revealed that Jacques shared a bed with one of the Casa Amor 2022 cast members Cheyanne Kerr.

Jacques O'Neill is an English professional rugby league footballer who most recently played as a hooker or loose forward for the Castleford Tigers in the Betfred Super League.
He previously played for the Leigh Centurions and Halifax in the Betfred Championship on loan and dual registration from Castleford.
Why did Jacques leave Love Island?
It's not yet known Jacques' exact reasons for leaving the villa, but it could have something to do with this year's Casa Amor, as well as the arrival of former contestant Adam Collard.
Paige and Jacques only recently made up, after he decided to crack on with other girls during Casa Amor. However, on Monday night's episode, Adam told Paige that he wasn't keen on how Jacques had handled the situation.
And judging by a preview of Tuesday night's show, it seems Adam's thought might have got back to Jacques, who could be seen arguing with Paige.

Is Jacques O'Neill Gemma's ex-boyfriend?
It's thought that Jacques and Gemma were together for around a year and that they broke up within the last 12 months.
During a preview of Sunday night's Love Island episode (12th June), Gemma could be heard telling others islanders that her ex was entering the villa, shortly after a video clip of Jaques appeared on the screen.

In a previous episode, Gemma revealed that her dad had met her ex-boyfriend and they had a close relationship, alluding many to think Jacques could be this ex Gemma was referring to.
