Partners in crime Seth Rogen and James Franco don their Birthday suits once again. No, they’re not going to do another Kanye West music video spoof, this time it seems they’re frolicking about in the woods, presumably to promote an episode of Discovery Channel’s Naked and Afraid series…
“Boom boom, NAKED and Afraid. Me and Seth, in the bush, naked, together. For reals,” wrote Franco on his post.
In another post from the weekend, the pair seem to be dancing around, unclothed, in a field. Franco wrote on Instagram: “Just survivin’, Naked and Afraid. This is how we do.” And, “See if me and seth can make it, NAKED and AFRAID!!!! Wtf?! You’ll see……..”
Just survivin’, Naked and Afraid. This is how we do. @sethrogen
Naked and Afraid first aired last year, and across six episodes, in six different places around the world (the Louisiana swamplands, the Borneo jungle, a Panamanian island and wild Tanzania), two people had to survive for 21-days without any clothes or food. Private bits are blurred, but viewers got to see a lot of flesh, flashes of buttocks and survival drama.
The Discovery show follows in the footsteps of British survivalist Bear Grylls, who recently introduced celebrities into his reality TV format. The adventurer took Zoolander actor Ben Stiller, Step Up lead man Channing Tatum, and 17 Again star Zac Efron in to the Catskill Mountains, the harsh Scottish landscape and the cliffs in Utah.
