For most Game of Thrones fans, it’s going to be a long wait until the next series arrives in Spring 2015 – but the most devoted have been given a very brief glimpse of the upcoming action.

A few weeks ago, the HBO fantasy drama set up a website called ThreeEyedRaven.com (named after the bird used in vision sequences within the series), offering “glimpses of the future” for those willing to sign up for Twitter or text updates.

Now, fans’ waiting has been rewarded with a quick 15-second teaser for the series – but it’s pretty hard to get much from it, as it’s only viewable once on whichever mobile device it’s been sent to.

Still, while grainy the clip appears to show Sophie Turner’s Sansa Stark, Maisie Williams as her sister Arya and a woman behind mesh (perhaps making a confession?) that could well be Lena Headey’s scheming Cersei Lannister, or her daughter Myrcella (series newcomer Nell Tiger Free).

We also get glimpses of an empty throne room, the three-eyed raven himself and a hand slamming a book – perhaps the exiled Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) expressing his frustration…

Hopefully, we’ll get a longer look at the upcoming series soon – but until then, you can sign up for similar updates here.
