In Darren Aronofsky’s biblical epic Noah, Ray Winstone plays, you guessed it, a baddie. Although, according to the veteran British actor, his character Tubal-cain “represents mankind”. Charming, Ray.


Now, Noah has attracted its fair share of criticism for taking certain artistic liberties when it comes to the script – particularly with Winstone’s character – but despite the controversy, the Scum actor claims the film is “respectful of people’s beliefs”.
