Pixie Lott has joined the line-up for Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
The pop star was unveiled this afternoon in a special Vine on Twitter as the eleventh celebrity to compete for the coveted glitterball trophy.
"I'm so excited to be doing Strictly, it's going to be a lot of fun," she said. "I always want to push myself as a performer so can't wait to learn the routines."
The news comes after a series of cryptic tweets sent by the singer to her 1.65 million followers, including "got something very special to reveal soon cats" and "So excited! Some news is coming, can't wait to tell you!"
Lott joins Scott Mills, Judy Murray, Frankie Bridge, Mark Wright, Simon Webbe, Jake Wood and more on the upcoming twelfth series of the BBC1 dance contest.
The new series begins later this autumn with outgoing host Sir Bruce Forsyth confirmed to make an appearance during the first episode alongside this year's co-presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
