If you have any useful information, please contact RT at lostwho@radiotimes.com and we will forward it to our contacts at the BBC. They and the Time Lord's fans will be delighted to hear from you.

Notes:

• Until May 1966, each individual episode had its own title. Thereafter, the stories used an overall title for the whole serial, with constituent episodes simply being numbered.

• Each serial had a production code shown as capital letters (eg "D" or "YY" as above). Surviving film spools and canisters often display the production code.

• The dates above indicate the original UK transmission.
