Britain’s Got Talent 2016 semi-finalists revealed

Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams have decided and these 45 acts will all perform during this year's live semi-finals

The Entertainers

Bespoke Candi

It’s safe to say this audition split the judges – you’re never going to please everyone with a giant sort-of dancing dinosaur. But clearly Dixon – who said it was “genuinely confusing” – was out voted by the other judges who loved it.

The Deep Space Deviants

Yep, this is a dance act based on Doctor Who baddie Davros. Real name Paul, the act won over Walliams, Dixon and Holden for being goofy (at one point he attempted to dance to River Dance). Cowell was unimpressed.

Vadik and The Bear

Terrifying or truly entertaining? The judges are giving us another chance to decide as Vadik Reketa, 35, from Belarus takes to the stage to dance with a giant polar bear.

Vitaly Voronko

So keen was Vataly to get on with his act, the 25-year-old didn’t even introduce himself to the judges. He performed an unusual mix of The Little Mermaid’s Under the Sea and Michael Jackson’s They Don’t Care About Us on the accordion in a yellow superhero outfit. Whatever could be next?

The Togni Brothers

Michael, 21, and Dario, 20, are brothers who perform foot juggling. They were raised in Italy in the circus, as their Italian father comes from one of the largest circus families in Europe. Simon admitted he had never seen anything like it before and Amanda said they were ‘extraordinary’.
