The Beale-Branning clan have been thrown into panic after another tough day in the latest instalment of EastEnders.
Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) and Peter (Thomas Law) were just starting to get their relationship back on track when Peter's mum Cindy (Michelle Collins) spotted Lauren hugging Zack Hudson (James Farrar) and accused her of cheating.
Forced to confess that there had been a kiss between her and Zack when she was at a particularly low point, Lauren saw all her progress with Peter go down the drain.
As Peter started his first day on the fruit and veg stall, he was cold and distant, but agreed to meet Lauren at a medical appointment to receive the gene test results for their baby son Jimmy.
The consultant later revealed that Jimmy's condition, optic nerve chorioretinal coloboma, which means that he is blind, was caused by a genetic mutation.
The mutation was not inherited, but the doctor also confirmed that Lauren's opioid use had not caused Jimmy's blindness either.

Left alone together, Peter told Lauren he was sorry for the weeks he had spent blaming her, and Lauren felt the first glimmer of hope for the future.
But another argument broke out when Peter couldn't get past her moment with Zack, while Lauren pointed out that one weak apology from Peter wasn't going to make up for his nasty behaviour towards her.
Back in the Square, Peter drowned his sorrows, before confronting Zack, who explained that Lauren had stopped their kiss and spent all night talking about Peter.
Unwilling to listen, Peter attacked Zack, who fought back.
As Lauren and Peter returned home and continued their row, they failed to notice their eldest son Louie (Jake McNally) taking Jimmy out of the house.
Peter and Lauren were horrified to find their sons missing, but can they find Louie and Jimmy and put their broken family back together?
