Who's taking on the roles made iconic by the original cast?
It's only been a matter of months since Stranger Things came to an end, but it's already time to return to Hawkins, in new animated spin-off series Stranger Things: Tales From '85.
Set in between seasons 2 and 3, in the winter of 1985, the series follows the show's heroes including Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas and Max, as they face a new threat lurking beneath the ice.
Showrunner Eric Robles recently told Empire that he and the team "wanted to go back to Hawkins and feel like a lost season" - meaning there's sure to be plenty of nostalgia for fans of the show's earlier seasons.
While Tales From '85 features predominantly well-known characters, they are played by an entirely new cast, with the roles originally played by the likes of Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard being played by different actors.

Brooklyn Davey Norstedt plays Eleven/Jane Hopper
Who is Eleven/Jane Hopper? Eleven is a telekinetic girl who mysteriously arrived in Hawkins in the first season of Stranger Things and soon proves herself to be the only match for the creatures of the Upside Down. Across the show's early seasons she was taken in by Hopper and formed a romantic relationship with Mike. In Tales From '85, she is trying to shield her friends from a new threat.

Luca Diaz plays Mike Wheeler
Who is Mike Wheeler? Mike is an intelligent but snarky teenager, who is close friends with Lucas, Dustin and Will and is in a relationship with Eleven.

Braxton Quinney plays Dustin Henderson
Who is Dustin Henderson? Dustin is a member of the Party, and friends with Will, Mike and Lucas. He is an enthusiastic science nerd who is obsessed with monsters and has the most extensive knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons. He formed an unlikely friendship with Steve in season 2, which this show closely follows.
Where have I seen Braxton Quinney? Quinney has appeared in Bigger, Stalked: Saving My Daughter and Hoppers.
Elisha 'EJ' Williams plays Lucas Sinclair
Who is Lucas Sinclair? Lucas is a member of the Party and a close friend of Mike, Will and Dustin, and grew close to Max in season 2.
