Miami Dolphins v New Orleans Saints is being broadcast live on Sunday 1st October at 1.45pm on BBC2 (kick-off 2.30pm).

Where’s the game on?

This Sunday's match is on at Wembley, which has been the go-to host for this US import, but that’s soon to change: Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium has been designed literally from the ground up to host NFL games. The regular football pitch will be “fully retractable”; beneath the grass surface will be another pitch – this one synthetic – on which future American football games will be played.

This will be a fourth trip to England's national stadium for the Dolphins, who appeared in the first International Series game here in 2007 when they lost 13-10 to the New York Giants, while their most recent appearance saw them defeated 27-14 by the New York Jets in 2015. The Saints have less experience of playing at Wembley, but did register a 37-32 win over the then-San Diego Chargers in 2008, in their only previous trip to the United Kingdom.
