How to enable Crusader Kings 3 debug mode on Steam

To enable debug mode on Steam, you need to follow these steps:

  • In your Steam library, right-click Crusader Kings 3 and select ‘properties’
  • Once in Properties, click on the ‘General’ tab
  • Then, select ‘Set Launch Options’
  • In the text box, add -debug_mode and press ‘Apply’
  • Launch Crusader Kings 3 and cheat away!

How to enable Crusader Kings 3 debig mode on Xbox Game Pass version

Enabling the debug mode is a bit more fiddly if you’re playing CK3 via the Xbox app on PC, but it isn’t too difficult if you follow our steps:
