Coronation Street's Becky unveils dangerous plan with Carla in ITVX release
Warning: contains spoilers for Coronation Street's Christmas Eve episode, airing now on ITVX.

There’s always a dramatic Christmas in Soap Land and that’s certainly true on Coronation Street this year.
Becky Swain (played by Amy Cudden) has managed to get her evil grip into Lisa (Vicky Myers) and it’s brought about a tumultuous time for the latter in the wake of her split from Carla (Alison King).
After weeks and months of trying to get back into her good books, Becky finally broke through Lisa’s walls on Christmas Eve during a moment of fragility and the pair shared a kiss, before sleeping together.

After the act, Lisa seemed to be torn up about it all and once she had a moment to herself, she tried to get in touch with Carla once more and sent her a heartfelt voice note saying that she loved her and only her.
The message finally got through after previously being blocked but Lisa’s face lit up once she saw Carla typing back.
However, the audience were finally let into a little secret – it wasn’t Carla typing at all but Becky who had Carla locked up in a dark and dingy cupboard! Forget Spain, Carla certainly wasn’t on any sort of holiday...
We all know Becky is a dangerous woman and capable of the worst atrocities. Is this Carla’s last Christmas?
