This week, the remaining Great British Bake Off 2021 contestants will have to master one last Signature, Technical and Showstopper bake in a bid to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.

Hosts Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding will then reveal this year's ultimate Star Baker and award the coveted glass cake stand.
