The Office spin-off series with The White Lotus star confirms UK release date
The Paper will feature a whole new cast of characters – and at least one returning fan favourite.

Viewers who have been waiting since 2013 to return to the world of The Office (the US version, that is) are in luck, as the release date has been confirmed for new spin-off series The Paper.
The new series, another mockumentary from Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, will start airing in the UK from 5th September on Sky and NOW - just one day after it debuts in the US.
The first four episodes will be released at once, with two new episodes then becoming available each week, until the final episodes arrive on 26th September.
Katie Keenan, group director of acquisitions for Sky, said in a statement: "Our ambition to bring the best US content to Sky and NOW continues as we very excitingly have acquired The Paper from our partners at NBCU and Peacock.
"Fans of The Office can expect a fresh twist this September, as the original documentary crew turn their lens to the world of publishing."

The series will see the documentary crew that followed Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch in The Office moving onto a new subject, following a publisher trying to revive a historic Midwestern newspaper.

The Paper will star Domhnall Gleeson as Ned, while he will be joined by The White Lotus's Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo and Alex Edelman.
Also in the cast are Ramona Young and The Ballad of Wallis Island star Tim Key, while Oscar Nuñez will be reprising his role from The Office as Oscar Martinez.
Earlier this year, Gleeson told People the advice he was given by The Office alum John Krasinski, who he worked with on the Guy Ritchie film Fountain of Youth.
"I mean, his big advice that he gave me was to do it," he said. "And the same with Steve Carell, another just wonderful actor who I’d worked with before.
"And their advice was, if it’s Greg Daniels, you should do it because getting to work with him is a treat that not many people get to have."
The Paper will air on Sky and NOW from Friday 5th September 2025.
