The BBC have handed over the baton to Channel 4 for free-to-air coverage from Milano-Cortina 2026, with the latter continuing its long-standing role as the UK's Paralympics broadcaster.

More than 60 hours of live sport from the Games will be shown across Channel 4 and streaming, with every minute also available on Channel 4 Sport's YouTube channel.

The live action will kick off every morning with Paralympics Breakfast, while there is also a half-hour daily highlights show every evening, and, of course, coverage of the opening and closing ceremonies.

TNT Sports will also show an hourly highlights show from the Games every evening, which is pre-packaged and does not include any of their own presenters, reporters, or commentators.

On top of subtitling on all of Channel 4's content, audio description will be available on the live coverage from 10:30am every day, while the daily highlights show will feature live British Sign Language translation. The coverage of the opening and closing ceremonies is also set to be simulcast on 4seven and streamed with BSL and open descriptive commentary.
