In more recent years, however, the Doctor seems to have changed his outlook, with Peter Capaldi’s incarnation advising Osgood (Ingrid Oliver) not to check his “browser history” when she tries on his sonic shades in 2015 episode The Zygon Inversion. Maybe Jeff planted the seeds of curiosity…
