7. Paving slab TMI

The end of divisive 2006 episode Love & Monsters sees LINDA member Ursula (Shirley Henderson) consigned to a life as a face on a paving slab, but it’s not so bad. Dug from the ground, she’s able to have some sort of romance with longtime friend Elton (Marc Warren), which is described by him thusly:

Henderson’s character quickly hushes him but the damage was done; you’re already picturing Danny from Hustle making it work with a piece of granite.
