One of the biggest releases in any year, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to be huge, and you might be wondering if you can play it on Xbox Game Pass.

Following developer Activision Blizzard being taken over by Microsoft, last year's Black Ops 6 made its way onto Xbox's subscription service.

But will BO7 do the same? Here's what you need to know about whether or not Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will be on Xbox Game Pass.

Is CoD BO7 on Xbox Game Pass?

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.

Like with its predecessor, Black Ops 6, BO7 is a day one launch for Game Pass, although not every tier will be able to play it.

BO7 will only be playable for those subscribed to the Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass tiers, meaning anyone on the Game Pass Premium and Game Pass Essential tiers will not be able to join the action.

If you're a PC player, then the PC Game Pass option is far and away your best bet, as it means you'll be able to play the game on release day for only £13.49 / $16.49 per month.

In comparison, following its recent price rise, Game Pass Ultimate will set you back £22.99 / $29.99 per month, though we do have a guide on how you might be able to get it a bit cheaper.

Alternatively, you could still pre-order the game, as that will get you permanent access to it, and will save you money in the long-run, though that assumes you're only using Game Pass to play CoD.
