Hunger Games' Katniss Everdeen gets a new face in form of football legend's daughter
The new Hunger Games play has found its Girl on Fire.

The Hunger Games stage show has announced its tribute just three months ahead of its London debut.
Mia Carragher – daughter of the legendary English football player Jamie Carragher – has been cast in the iconic role of Katniss Everdeen for the franchise's first-ever live stage adaptation.
The young actress is set to make her theatre debut as the beloved heroine originally played by Jennifer Lawrence in the four-part film series.
Carragher's previous credits include the independent feature One Night in Istanbul and The Gathering for Channel 4, and she will also soon star in the new Playground Entertainment series Maigret.
In the announcement, she said: "I am so excited and honoured to be playing Katniss. This is a dream come true role and I cannot wait to see the production come to life.
"From being a huge fan of the films, I feel so lucky to be a part of the Hunger Games world, especially working with Matthew Dunster and an incredible creative team."
Meanwhile, director Dunster, the mind behind 2:22 - A Ghost Story, said: "We searched far and wide, and comprehensively, for our Katniss.
"It is not easy to step into Suzanne Collins’s amazing creation and only one actor combined Katniss’s charisma and combat skills - her quiet, tough determination and her brilliant creativity, athleticism, and humour.
"We’ve found our Katniss in Mia Carragher, and we can’t wait for audiences to see her."
The upcoming play is being held at the purpose-built Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre and has been specially designed with effects and stunts in mind.
From what we've seen so far from inside images and trailers, the show will take place in a rare in-the-round setting with wire-work and on-stage fighting being a key feature.
The rest of the cast remains unknown, but the creative team includes Miriam Buether (set designer), Moi Tran (costume designer), Charlotte Broom (choreographer), Lucy Carter (lighting designer), Ian Dickinson for Autograph (sound designer), Tal Rosner (video designer), Kev McCurdy (fight director), John Maddox for Suspended Illusions (performer flying), Amy Ball (casting director) and Gary Beestone (production manager).
For those that need reminding, the story is set in the dystopian world of Panem, where 12 districts must offer up two tributes every year to compete in a deadly contest known as the Hunger Games.
Suzanne Collins's book trilogy first emerged in 2008 and has now spawned five films, with a sixth coming out next year.
The next instalment will be an on-screen adaptation of the prequel Sunrise on the Reaping, which follows the story of Katniss's mentor Haymitch Abernathy.
The Hunger Games stage show will hit the London stage this October and tickets are on sale now.
