The Winter Paralympics 2026 have arrived and are set to light up your living room for the next 10 days.

Nearly 700 athletes will compete in 79 medal events across six sports for a place in history and a piece of gold, silver, or bronze.

Of course, the Games are about so much more than just who ends up on the podium. It’s a sporting celebration, a chance to bring ice and snow athletes from around the world together, and an opportunity to marvel at what humans can do.

Viewers in the UK will be able to enjoy extensive free-to-air coverage from Milano-Cortina 2026, including ParalympicsGB’s bid for medals.

How to watch the Winter Paralympics 2026 on TV and live stream online

Channel 4 is the main broadcaster of the Winter Paralympics 2026 for fans in the UK.

The broadcaster will show more than 60 hours of live coverage throughout the Games, which will be available on Channel 4, streaming, and on the Channel 4 Sport YouTube.

The live action will kick off every morning with 'Paralympics Breakfast', while there is also a half-hour daily highlights show, and, of course, coverage of the opening and closing ceremonies.

The 'Paralympics Today' highlights show will round up all the best bits on Channel 4 and streaming from 6:30pm every evening during Milano-Cortina 2026.

Viewers can also tune in to watch both the opening and closing ceremonies on Channel 4 and online. Coverage will be simulcast on 4seven and Channel 4 Streaming with BSL and an open descriptive commentary.

TNT Sports – and streaming platform discovery+ – will also show a one-hour daily highlights show throughout Milano-Cortina 2026.

The Games formally begin with the opening ceremony on Friday 6 March and run until Sunday 15 March.
