As part of their package as the main broadcaster of the Winter Paralympics 2026, Channel 4 will have a half-hour round-up on free-to-air TV every evening, while TNT Sports' hour-long offering is one for the night owls.

Winter Paralympics 2026 highlights on Channel 4
Channel 4 will broadcast a dedicated highlights show, Paralympics Today, on every day of the Games.
Presented by Ade Adepitan, the show will air on Channel 4 and online between 6:30pm and 7pm every evening from Saturday 7 March to Saturday 14 March.
Clips of all the best bits, including how the ParalympicsGB athletes get on, are expected to be shown throughout the broadcaster's live coverage of Milano-Cortina 2026 as well.
Winter Paralympics 2026 highlights on TNT Sports and discovery+
TNT Sports also boasts a regular, daily highlights show throughout the Winter Paralympics 2026.
The hour-long show, which includes highlights and discussion of the biggest storylines, can be found on TNT Sports 1 at around 11:30pm every evening, apart from Saturday 7 March, when it'll be broadcast on TNT Sports 2.
