Seven top 10 players and six grand slam champions will be in action across the men's and women's draws at the world's only ATP-WTA 500 level tournament.

There is plenty of British interest. Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter will hope to make their presence felt while Cam Norrie looks to build on his Wimbledon success and Dan Evans aims to capitalise on his wildcard.

Spain's Paula Badosa returns to defend her 2024 title but reigning men's champion Sebastian Korda is set to miss out due to injury.

The Washington Open is the first of six hard tournaments across the seven-week North American hard-court summer, which will conclude with the US Open at the end of August.
