Reigning women's champions London Spirit will look to follow up their 2024 triumph after beating Welsh Fire with just two balls to spare in the 2024 final, while in the men's tournament, the Oval Invincibles, go for the three-peat on the back of two titles in the last two years.
Each of the eight teams will play eight games, one against every other side plus an extra game against their local rival, after which the table toppers will head straight to the final, while second will play third in the eliminator to decide who joins them.
Some of the best players in world cricket and the domestic game will be on show, alongside rising stars from across the UK, and the good news for fans is that every game can be watched live.

How to watch The Hundred 2025 on TV
You can watch every match of The Hundred 2025 on Sky Sports The Hundred – the dedicated Sky Sports channel – and Main Event.
Sky Sports can be added to any Sky TV package for just £22 per month for all nine sports channels, or you can pick up the complete sports package plus Netflix for £43 per month.
16 matches will be broadcast live on BBC TV, including the opening Women's and Men's double header and both finals.
How to live stream The Hundred 2025 online
Sky Sports customers can live stream The Hundred via the Sky Go app on a variety of devices including most smartphones and tablets as part of their subscription.
You can also watch The Hundred via NOW without signing up to a contract.
NOW can be streamed through a computer or apps found on most smart TVs, phones and consoles. NOW is also available via BT Sport.
Meanwhile, 16 matches will be shown on BBC iPlayer throughout the competition.
