Twenty-two new players have taken up residence in the Scottish highlands castle to see if they can weed out the traitors and take home the potential £120,000 prize pot.

The 4th season of the iconic BBC show brought with it a new twist in the form of a Secret Traitor, kitted out in a dazzling red cloak.

Hoping she's got what it takes to make it to the final is bubbly and brightly-coloured Jessie. Read on for everything you need to know about the season 4 contestant.

Age: 28

Job: Hairstylist

Location: Hull

Jessie is a 28-year-old hairstylist from Hull who in the first episode shared with her cast mates how she lives with a stammer.

"Because I have a stammer, I can't hide who I am, and it has helped me be an authentic person, because I just can't hide it," she said.

She believes because of her stammer and brightly coloured hair that her fellow faithfuls could underestimate her but that she's not afraid to be brutal.

Jessie has described herself as a competitive person who is not afraid to stab people in the back, regardless of how close they are, if it means the winning the game.

Why did Jessie apply for The Traitors?

Jessie loves meeting new people and wanted to challenge herself so she applied for the show.

"I know it will test me, which is good and what I need," she said.
