How to get Lumber in Pokémon Pokopia explained
Wc lvl?

One of the most useful crafting materials early on in Pokémon Pokopia is Lumber, but how do you get it?
There's plenty of wood lying around, be it branches or logs, but Lumber will take a bit more effort to get your hands on.
And it's something you'll want to do, as the Lumber you get can be used to craft all sorts of useful items and more.
So, with that, let's take you through exactly how to get Lumber in Pokopia.
How to get Lumber in Pokémon Pokopia explained
To get Lumber in Pokopia, you need to give Small Logs to any Pokémon with the Chop Specialty.
There are several Pokémon you'll meet who have the Chop Specialty, but the first one you'll come across is Scyther.
Progress the main story until you meet Scyther, and they will teach you the move Cut.
Cut can be used to chop down trees or the piles of dead wood you find lying around the world, giving you Small Logs in the process.
Small Logs in hand, head over to Scyther and talk to them. Select 'Look at this!' and they will notice you have Small Logs in your inventory.

Choose 'Make me some Lumber', and then select how much you want to make.
Each Small Log produces five pieces of Lumber, and you can hand over a maximum of 10 Small Logs at once, providing you with 50 Lumber.
Once you hand them over, you'll have to wait for Scyther to cut them all up. This can take a while, so use this time to head off and do something else, like planting crops or creating new Habitats.
You can pop back at any time and collect the Lumber that Scyther has already created, so you don't have to wait for the entire lot to be done, which is handy if you've given Scyther the maximum number of Small Logs.
Beyond this, you may come across some Lumber while out exploring, but this is the best and most efficient way of collecting lots of Lumber at once.
