These items are central to the event, helping you buy new items that you can use to build new Habitats for Pokémon like Jumpluff.

So, if you're wondering how to get Cotton Spores and what they're used for, here's what you need to know!

How to get Cotton Spores in Pokémon Pokopia

The only way to get Cotton Spores in Pokopia is by finding them on Dream Islands.

Dream Islands are accessed by showing a Doll to Drifloon, and while they can only be visited once a day, they are full of materials and resources for you to collect.

Once on a Dream Island, look for floating Cotton Spore Clusters. They look like little white flowers hanging in the air. Simply walk up to them and press Y to pick them up.

If you scour the entire island, you'll typically find around 50 or so Cotton Spores, though it is possible to get lucky and find more than 70!

All Hoppip's shop items in Pokémon Pokopia

Cotton Spores can be used to buy items from Hoppip's shop in the Withered Wasteland Pokémon Center.

The most important thing these items do is let you build the Habitats to attract Hoppip, Skiploom and Jumpluff to your island, but they also make for great decoration!
