When does Pokémon TCG Ascended Heroes come out?

The release date for the Ascended Heroes expansion in the Pokémon Trading Card Game’s Mega Evolution set is Friday 30th January 2026.
Announced late last year, this is quite the quick turnaround for Pokémon expansion to be released, but Trainers will indeed get to start bolstering their binders with new cards by the end of the month.
Where to buy Pokémon TCG Ascended Heroes

Pre-orders for the Ascended Heroes expansion have already been made available at various retailers that usually stock Pokémon TCG booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, pack blisters, mini-tins and collections (or at least made clear they’ll be stocking them upon release) – including the Pokémon Center (UK & US), Amazon, Walmart, Magic Madhouse, Best Buy, and Target.
Ascended Heroes Pokémon cards are also available to buy at dedicated TCG platforms like TCGPlayer. Keep in mind, however, that these sites in particular will have especially inflated prices, given their scarcity compared to market demand, increasing prices further even than typical retailers.
For Pokémon TCG collectors in the UK, however, you’ll have a chance at getting Ascended Heroes products from Amazon at RRP due to the exclusive lottery system the retailer uses there — although listings for the expansion haven’t been put up on Amazon UK just yet.

For many recently released Pokémon sets in the United Kingdom, Amazon UK allows users to register their interest in any high-demand TCG products they wish to buy; then, they’ll be entered with a chance to be randomly selected and be invited to buy those products (e.g. the Ascended Heroes ETB) at the standard price of around £50-£55.
This does unfortunately mean that not all Pokemon card collectors will be able to get Ascended Heroes right away, but it does prevent bots and scalpers from scooping up all the inventory right away and selling it at a large markup.
