Game of Thrones in Fortnite: Release date speculation and what to expect

Winter is coming to Fortnite with Epic Games announcing a surprise Game of Thrones collaboration.
It's a great time for it, as while the original series has been long over, House of the Dragon and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms are going strong.

Game of Thrones in Fortnite: Release date speculation and what to expect
Epic Games has not confirmed when the Game of Thrones collaboration will release in Fortnite.
However, according to leakers, the Game of Thrones Fortnite update could release later today on 20 March 2026.
That being said, this is still just speculation, so take that with a grain of salt.

As for what's going to be included, we do have a better idea as leakers have already shown off some of the incoming skins.
Prominent leaker HYPEX revealed on X that Jon Snow and Night King Fortnite skins would be arriving as part of the update.
Furthermore, while the skin itself has not been leaked yet, there will also reportedly be a skin for the Mother of Dragons herself, Daenerys Targaryen.
As well as these three skins, we imagine that there will be a variety of additional cosmetics coming to the game.
These will likely be a mixture of Emotes, Back Bling, Pickaxes, Gliders and more – you know, the standard Fortnite fare.
It's a nice little update, considering some of the skins from the new Fortnite season are a tad lacklustre.
That being said, we do have plenty of look forward to such as next month's return of the Fortnite Arenas mode.
