All Bananza forms in Donkey Kong Bananza: Full list and how to get them
Zebra Kong, my beloved.

Like Super Mario Odyssey before it, Donkey Kong Bananza features a mechanic that lets you transform into all sorts of unique forms.
These Bananza forms can turn you into anything from a zebra to an ostrich, and each one gives you special abilities that you can use to explore every layer more effectively.
If you're curious as to how many forms there are and what they do, here's a full list of every Bananza form in Donkey Kong Bananza, and how to unlock them.
All Bananza forms in Donkey Kong Bananza and how to get them
There are a total of five Bananza forms that you'll unlock over the course of Donkey Kong Bananza.
Luckily, all of these forms are required to progress in the story, so there's no way you can miss them – at certain layers, you'll meet Elders who will give you the form to use once you find or fix their Ancient Record.
Here is a full list of Bananza forms, what they do, and when you unlock them:
Kong Bananza (SL 101)
The Kong Bananza form increases your strength, allowing you to break through most materials, including some more durable ones like concrete. You can hold Y to Charge Punch, which provides a more powerful hit with a shockwave.
Zebra Bananza (SL 501)
The Zebra Bananza increases your movement speed, letting you more easily navigate collapsing terrain and even walk on ice without slipping and sliding. You can also hold ZL to Charge Dash instead of rolling.

Ostrich Bananza (SL 600)
The Ostrich Bananza gives you a set of wings that you can use to briefly fly horizontally, letting you access new areas. You can also use it to ride air jets to fly upwards.
Elephant Bananza (SL 900-901)
The Elephant Bananza gives you a trunk that lets you suck up almost any material, which is in turn formed into large balls that you can throw.
Snake Bananza (SL 1201)
The Snake Bananza gives you a tail that you can coil up like a spring, using your Double Jump and Charge Jump to jump much higher than you could before. You also gain the Glare ability, which lets you briefly slow down time.
How to use Bananza forms in Donkey Kong Bananza
To use a Bananza form, you need to have full Bananergy, shown by the yellow ring surrounding the Bananza icon in the bottom left corner.
Bananergy is mainly obtained by collecting Gold, but you can gain Bananergy via certain clothing items too.
Once you've got full Bananergy, simply hold L+R to transform into your Bananza form – remember that you can change form in the middle of your Bananza by pressing the left or right buttons on the D-pad.
If you end your Bananza early, you'll also be refunded the remainder of your time as Bananergy, so it's worth ending it ASAP once you're done with it!
