Players who purchase the Deluxe Edition earn themselves all sorts of nifty items, so it's hardly a surprise that they want to get what they paid for.

So, for a quick overview on how to claim your Deluxe Edition items in Crimson Desert, let's get into it!

How to get Deluxe Edition items in Crimson Desert explained

To claim your Deluxe Edition items in Crimson Desert, press Start to open up the menu.

Next, use RB/R1 to navigate to the 'Others' tab, and then RT/R2 to get to the 'Options' tab.

In here, you'll find an option named 'Add-ons'. Simply select this, and you'll redeem all of your Deluxe Edition items.

They can then be found in-game in a Supply Box – the first of these is found at the tent you rest at.

Or, perhaps you won't. You see, there has been a bug going around that has caused players on PC not to be able to get theirs.

Thankfully, the solution here is simple.

Head to your Steam library, right-click Crimson Desert and select 'Properties'.

In the menu that opens up, click on 'Installed Files' and then select 'Verify integrity of game files'.

This process may take a while, as Steam scans the game's installed files, but once it's done, it will automatically download any missing files, including whatever files it needs to make sure you get your items.

Once it's finished, restart Steam and launch Crimson Desert. Follow the steps we detailed above, and you should get all your hard-earned Deluxe Edition items!
