Episode 3: Episode 3

Summary

The team investigate when a Scottish millionaire is found dead in his own shark tank, leading Annika to reflect on Jekyll and Hyde

Review

Jane Rackham

Awkward doesn’t come close to describing the atmosphere between detectives Annika (Nicola Walker) and Michael (Jamie Sives) since she delivered that killer punchline. But at least he’s still working with the MHU, because a green tech millionaire has been found dead, floating in his basement shark tank.

This episode, first shown on U&Alibi in 2023, is all a bit Bond-villain, but Annika is reflecting on the dual personality story of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde rather than anything lan Fleming wrote. Everyone has been keeping secrets: the victim, his family, the suspects and even the other detectives.
