Review

Our Score
This incredibly silly but very enjoyable comedy stars Goldie Hawn as a librarian who discovers a plot to kill the Pope. Chevy Chase has one of his best roles as the detective who doesn't believe Hawn's life is in danger, and the cast also features Burgess Meredith and Dudley Moore having a whale of a time in between car chases and assassination attempts. Written and directed by Colin Higgins, who also made the Dolly Parton/Jane Fonda/Lily Tomlin comedy Nine to Five, this is an undemanding way to pass the time.
