Relive Usain Bolt’s historic 200m Olympics win and see the crowd selfie he took afterwards

Bolt had his own photo finish after scooping the 200m victory

Blink and you miss it but last night Usain Bolt kept his hopes of doing the Olympic ‘treble treble’ alive after storming ahead to win the 200m in Rio.

It’s Bolt’s eighth Olympic medal, won in 19.78 seconds ahead of Canada’s Andre de Grasse and France’s Christophe Lemaitre.

Bolt continued to delight fans by melting into the crowd for this cool group selfie:

Bolt is aiming to make history by match his achievements at Beijing in 2008 and London in 2012 by claiming 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay gold medals in Rio. He will run as part of the 4x100m relay final on Friday (02:35 BST, Saturday).
